This Service Waiver explains the risks, expectations, and responsibilities for on-site mobile barbering
and grooming services provided by Dripology Cuts LLC for facilities, jails, detention centers,
mental health facilities, and funeral homes.
1. Scope of Services
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Haircuts, beard trims, and basic grooming for incarcerated individuals, residents, patients, or clients.
Preparation grooming for viewings, funerals, or memorial services at funeral homes.
On-site services in secure units, pods, housing areas, intake, medical, and special management units.
2. Facility, Jail, and Funeral Home Responsibilities
The facility, jail, detention center, mental health provider, or funeral home agrees to:
Provide safe access to the service area, including required escorts and clearance through security.
Maintain order and appropriate behavior by all individuals present during grooming services.
Notify Dripology Cuts LLC of any special rules regarding tools, electrical outlets, or movement between units.
Ensure that all participating individuals are medically and behaviorally cleared for grooming services.
3. Security, Searches, and Contraband
The client understands and agrees that all equipment and supplies may be searched by facility or jail staff
before entry and exit. No items may be left behind unless approved by the facility.
Clippers, guards, combs, and other tools remain the property of Dripology Cuts LLC.
No tools may be used as currency, gifts, or traded with residents, inmates, patients, or families.
Dripology Cuts LLC will follow all posted and verbal instructions from correctional officers, security staff,
and facility administration at all times.
4. Health, Safety, and Sanitation
All tools are cleaned and disinfected between each client to meet professional barbering standards.
Services may be refused if an individual has open wounds, active lice, contagious skin conditions,
or any health concern that makes grooming unsafe.
The facility or funeral home agrees to inform Dripology Cuts LLC of any known safety or medical risks.
5. Deposits, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
A non-refundable deposit is required before any appointment date is confirmed. Deposits may be paid by debit card through Square or CashApp $jscott2626 using the posted $25 (week hold) or $50 (full date hold) options.
Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled date if changes are requested within the time window
stated on the booking page.
Last-minute cancellations, lock-downs, or staffing issues may require a new deposit and a new booking date.
6. Payment Terms
The deposit is paid in advance by debit card through Square or CashApp $jscott2626.
The remaining balance is due in full on the day of the appointment.
Acceptable methods for the remaining balance are card, cash, or check, as agreed during booking.
Invoices are based on the number of clients served and total mileage at the rate listed on the booking page.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dripology Cuts LLC is not responsible for interruptions due to facility emergencies, lock-downs,
security incidents, or medical events.
Results may vary based on hair type, existing conditions, lighting, and working space provided.
The facility, jail, or funeral home agrees to hold Dripology Cuts LLC harmless for incidents that are
outside of the barber’s direct control.
8. Acknowledgment and Consent
By proceeding with booking and signing the required contracts, the facility, jail, detention center,
mental health provider, or funeral home acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to this
Service Waiver. This waiver applies to all services provided during the booked appointment date(s).
