This Service Proposal outlines the typical structure, expectations, and cost factors for mobile barbering
and grooming services provided by Dripology Cuts LLC to facilities, jails, detention centers, mental
health facilities, and funeral homes.
1. Proposed Services
Depending on your booking details, services may include:
On-site haircuts and grooming for residents, inmates, patients, or decedents.
Preparation grooming for viewings, funerals, or memorial services at funeral homes.
Group service blocks for 5–10 clients per session, unless otherwise approved.
2. Scheduling and Appointment Day
Appointments are booked for specific days and time windows based on facility and security needs.
The facility, jail, or funeral home agrees to have clients ready and available during the scheduled time.
Any delays caused by internal movement, transport, lock-down, or staffing may reduce the number of clients
that can be served in the scheduled block.
3. Estimated Pricing Structure
Final pricing is based on the current rates shown on the booking page. A typical estimate includes:
Per-client rate: Standard haircut or grooming rate per person.
Mileage: Round-trip mileage from the base ZIP area at the posted rate per mile.
Total estimate: Haircut total plus mileage, minus the deposit already paid.
Your online booking form and invoice preview will show an estimated total. This estimate may adjust slightly
based on the exact number of clients served and verified mileage on the day of service.
4. Deposit and Remaining Balance
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the appointment. Deposits may be paid by debit card through Square or CashApp $jscott2626 using the posted $25 (week hold) or $50 (full date hold) options.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment after services are provided.
The remaining balance may be paid by card, cash, or check, as selected during booking.
5. Jail, Facility, and Funeral Home Considerations
Services may be adjusted based on housing assignments, security levels, and escort availability.
Additional time may be required for searches, clearance, and movement through secure doors or units.
For funeral homes, grooming may be coordinated with embalmers, directors, and viewing schedules.
6. Cancellations, Lock-Downs, and Changes
If a facility or jail goes into lock-down or restricts movement, services may need to be paused
or rescheduled.
Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule within the guidelines posted on the booking page.
New deposits may be required for major schedule changes or repeated cancellations.
7. Acceptance of Proposal
By moving forward with booking, paying the deposit through Square, and signing the recommended contract,
you indicate that you understand and accept the structure of this Service Proposal. The exact amounts
will be confirmed through your booking questionnaire, mileage estimate, and the final day-of-service invoice.
