Custom / Private Location Barber Services Contract

This contract applies to non-facility, non-jail, and non-funeral home clients booking Dripology Cuts LLC for mobile barbering and grooming services at homes, businesses, churches, events, or other approved locations.

1. Services & Rates

• Standard rate: $25 per haircut, with a minimum of 5 and a typical maximum of 10 clients per booking unless otherwise approved.
• Travel fee: $2.50 per mile, based on round-trip mileage from the selected base ZIP area shown on the booking page.
• Services may include haircuts, beard trims, and basic grooming for adults or youth, as agreed in advance.

2. Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all custom / private location bookings.
• Deposits may be paid by debit card through Square using the posted links or by CashApp $jscott2626.
• $25 deposit holds your spot for one week while details are finalized.
• $50 deposit holds a full appointment date and time window.
• Deposits are applied toward the final invoice total but are not refundable if the booking is cancelled by the client.

3. Payment Terms

• The remaining balance (total due minus deposit) is payable on the day of service.
• Acceptable payment methods for the remaining balance are cash, card, or check, as confirmed during booking.
• Invoices are based on the actual number of clients served and verified mileage at the posted $2.50 per-mile rate.

4. Location Requirements

• The client agrees to provide a safe, clean, and well-lit area for barber services.
• Access to a working electrical outlet may be requested if needed for equipment charging.
• Pets, smoke, and other distractions should be limited or removed from the work area.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations should be requested as early as possible. Deposits remain non-refundable.
• Reasonable efforts may be made to reschedule within the guidelines posted on the booking page.
• Short-notice cancellations or repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit for future dates.

6. Liability & Conduct

• Dripology Cuts LLC will follow professional sanitation standards and use disinfected tools on each client.
• The client agrees that all individuals receiving services will behave respectfully and follow instructions for safety.
• Dripology Cuts LLC is not responsible for interruptions caused by factors outside of the barber's control (weather, power loss, late or absent clients, etc.).

7. Acceptance

By booking a custom / private location appointment, paying the deposit, and signing this contract, the client confirms that they have authority to schedule services at the chosen location and agree to the terms above.
